Parking regulations and procedures
Remember that the terminal forecourts are not the best places to pick up people. Alternatively, you may use the designated short-stay parking spaces. These parking lots provide a convenient option for those waiting to receive incoming passengers, as they are only a 2-minute walk from the airport doors.
There is no option to pre-book the parking spot if your stay will be less than 24 hours. It is more convenient to enter the parking lot with a ticket and then pay at one of the pay-on-foot devices when you depart. After the first half an hour, parking becomes more expensive. Once they leave, simply press the intercom button and present your blue badge to receive two hours of free parking.
Accessing Your Driver
Upon reaching the pickup location, you will have many options for contacting your driver. The driver will get in touch with you via the phone number you gave when you made the reservation. If you ever need to contact your driver, you may do so by phone or text message. You can also inquire about the availability of a tracking link, which allows you to track your driver’s location at all times. The customer service department is open around the clock to answer questions and provide help.
Meet and Greet Service
Upon your arrival at the terminal, your driver will be waiting for you if you choose the meet and greet service. In most cases, when you book this service, your driver will be waiting outside Costa Café with a sign that says your name.
